MICROPULSE 225

MicroPulse 225 is a portable, very light (only 16kg), powerful multiprocess MIG/MAG welding machine.
MicroPulse 225 features the STANDARD SYNERGISTIC MIG/MAG, PULSED MIG/MAG, MMA and TIG DC LIFT processes.
DOUBLE PULSED is also available for special MIG/MAG applications.
The integrated PFC module permit to reduce the current absorption at maximum current of 220 Amperes with single-phase power supply.
The TOUCH SCREEN display can be customized by the welder together with the FAVORITES mode in order to create quick selections of functions and JOBs and, above all, to facilitate its use. You can weld lot of different materials thanks to the numerous synergic curves available using the duty cycle of 220Amps at 30% (40°C).
IMPORT/EXPORT mode to clone the welding machine and to customize each function.
The MOTOR GENERATOR mode allows you to set the nominal power available from the motor generator in use to optimize the absorption and make the most of the available power.
The special functions available are: POWER FOCUS for high penetration, POWER ROOT specific for first pass welding.
