Rolled bronze

  • Our cold formable homogenous bronze bearings with flanges or without it are designed for high loads. These bearings need to be lubricated and are available with perforations or lubrication pockets. Suitable for high loads.

    WB702/WF-WB702
    • Excellent for high loads;
    • Can be used for harsh environments;
    • Excellent lubrication properties due to perforated lubrication holes.
    Cylindrical bearings for axial and radial movement.
    WB702 bronze sliding bushings are designed for radial movement, also for axial. Our cold formable sliding bearings are made from homogenous bronze alloy what cause excellent working properties. The bushings with flanges can carry axial loads as well. The standard sizes bushings are with perforated holes which are located in special way over the whole surface.
    The holes of bushings serve as lubricant reservoirs and can hide a small amount of dirt that appeared inside the bearing. The friction that occurs at the starting moment is quickly reduced due to the grease in the bearing holes. The properties of WB702 alloy together with perforation and calibration procedures makes these bronze bearings perfectly suitable for any offroad or constructions equipment where medium and high loads and relatively slow movements appear.

    WB700 / WF-WB700
    • Tolerate relatively high and shock loads;
    • Works well even in dirty environment;
    • Excellent heat dissipation.
    WB700 sliding bearings are manufactured from homogenous bronze due to that obtain good material properties. Flanged version WF-WB700 suitable for axial loads. On the bearing inner surface are diamond shape indentations which serve as lubricant pockets and quickly cover with lubricant removing friction on metal/metal surfaces.
    The properties of WB700 alloy together with perforation and calibration procedures makes these bronze bearings perfectly suitable for any offroad or constructions equipment where medium and high loads and relatively slow movements appear.
